Peter’s enthusiasm and passion for Simply Goof Food is demonstrated in his TV work, restaurant, cookery school, recipes apps, books and magazine features.
You may have seen Peter on TV as one of the judges on ITV’s hit series Britain’s Best Bakery and he was also the chef presenter of his own successful cookery show Lakes on a Plate on Channel 4 in partnership with Lakeland.
We work closely with Peter to gain a broader understanding of the needs and expectations of chefs, and just as importantly, our consumers who have a passion for cooking. We also draw on his in-depth knowledge of current trends to accurately forecast the future needs of the kitchen market.

Charlotte is an exceptional chef, entrepeneur and food writer. Having trained at the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, Charlotte now owns the award winning bakery Go Free Foods Ltd; providing top-quality freeform cakes that are as 'tasty' as regular products but with all natural locally-sourced ingredients without wheat, gluten and dairy.
Charlotte is an experienced and in demand cookery teacher, currently holding the positions of Executive Chef at Harborne Food School; a guest chef at Demuths Cookery School in Bath, and White Pepper Cookery School.
Charlotte writes weekly on food for HELLO! Magazine online, her own food website and other major publications and has written four bestselling cookery books.
Charlotte also provides private cooking for high net worth individuals, A-list celebrities and royal families worldwide.
